Compliance ensures compliance of business with legal and regulatory requirements for the activities of the entity set.
Compliance identifies and treats the risks that might arise from this disagreement, mainly the risk of violation of the laws, regulations or other legislation, and resultant public or private consequences.
Compliance is part of the company’s internal control system.
Compliance activities include operations to maintain the company in accordance with the requirements of the legislation and the recommendations of regulators.
An important part of the compliance activity is also communication with competent authorities, most often with the
